The Categories
There are 21 categories overall. Real Estate Agencys, Development (over 5 units), High Rise Development, Property (Single Unit) and Retirement Development are entered at the County level leaving the remaining 15 to be entered at a national level.
Upto two of the most outstanding entries will be awarded a four star, the best overall entry will be given a 5 star.
All 5 star winners from each state will be rejudged to be shortlisted for the Best UK Award. – There will be only one winner selected for this prize.
