BLOOMBERG TELEVISION SPONSORS PROPERTY AWARDS
The International Property Awards and BLOOMBERG TELEVISION® have signed an important new sponsorship deal, bolstering the awards’ already illustrious rostrum of sponsors and media partners from across the world. These include the New York Times, Sydney Morning Herald and Frankfurter Allgemeine.

Established 16 years ago, the International Property Awards is the world’s most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the most outstanding property professionals across the globe. Four gala events are held during the year in various prominent locations such as Singapore, San Diego, London and Dubai, where winners are presented with their awards.

Entrants compete to discover if their creative endeavours in the fields of architecture, interior design, website design, marketing and many other property-related categories have the necessary excellence to secure the judging panel’s top marks. The
highest-scoring entrants from Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe & Africa, the UK and Arabia then go head-to-head as they bid to be crowned the World’s Best in over 36 different categories covering the residential and commercial property sectors.

The awards are a testament to excellence in the property field, and the very innovation and high standards demonstrated by the world’s leading property professionals, and celebrated in the International Property Awards, will help these companies scale new heights as the market continues its recovery during 2010.

The BLOOMBERG TELEVISION® network is the only global 24-hour business and financial television service, broadcasting to more than 240 million homes worldwide. The network’s programming is created by over 2,200 professionals in bureaus across the globe. Bloomberg is the world’s most trusted source of information for businesses and professionals alike, and its support for International Property Awards demonstrates, once again, that they are the heavyweight real estate competition.
