Welcome to the Europe & Africa Property Awards
The Europe & Africa Property Awards is open to residential property professionals from any business based in or working within either Europe or Africa.
There are 21 categories to choose from - up to two of the most outstanding entries will be awarded a four star, the best overall entry will be given a five star award.
All five star winners will be rejudged to be shortlisted for the Best International Property Award for each category. Up to five nominations from the shortlist will be selected. Only one company will win the top prize.
